Beyond These Walls ... Overall Building Plan

Blessed with sufficient land on which to expand, Central will "grow west." A two phase building plan is envisioned with the following components:

Phase 1 : construction expanding westward from the chapel

• a children's Sunday School/weekday child care wing on the lower level
• administrative offices and large Sunday School rooms on the upper level
• additional parking
• new entry concourse and bell tower
• new rest rooms
• adds about 17,000 square feet at a projected cost of $1.9 million.

Phase 2 : expansion continuing westward

• a multi-purpose Family Life Center (banquet seating for 490, concert seating for 700)
• new kitchen
• adult/youth wing
• more parking
• new library
• additional rest rooms
• large coat room
• expanded music rehearsal facilities
• adds about 15,000 square feet at a projected cost of $1.3 million.
