The zip code areas with a thousand or more individual cases are -02, -13, -15, -17, -18 and -23. & FarExperts around the world agree that the only way to slow the HIV/AIDS epidemic is to change young people's behavior and perceptions of gender roles. Half of new infections occur among those 15 to 24. Beyrer of the Bloomberg School of Public Health disagrees with the reports from some African countries of a decline in numbers of those with AIDS.
