Membership Exploration

Published in the News & Views: August 17, 2003Once again we have quite a few people at Central asking how or when they can become members. Just last June we ran our first one-day Membership Exploration Class and about 35 individuals and couples turned out and became members. Just like in June this is an "exploration" of membership. It will include 8 interactive sessions throughout the day that cover information about your relationship with Christ, Central's story and distinctives, ministry involvement and stewardship.
These sessions will help you commit not only to Central but also to your walk with God in a church setting. You'll see how Central also commits to you!
| Who: | Anyone wishing to explore becoming a member at Central. |
| What: | A six hour class that includes snacks, lunch and childcare. |
| When: | Saturday, September 6th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. |
| Where: | Fellowship Hall here at Central |
| Why: | Because we all need a church family to help us discover and fulfill our purpose! |
| What else?: | RSVP to the church office or on a pew card by Wednesday, September 3rd. |
