The Cancel Choir Needs YOU!

The Chancel Choir season will begin with their first rehearsal on Thursday, September 4th, 7:30-9:30 PM in the Choir Room below the Sanctuary. We have great things planned for the year.

Our most important responsibility is to help lead our "Central-Classic" congregation in worship of our Lord! There are no auditions necessary. All you need is the desire to sing beautiful music. You will be participating in a long running tradition at Central and contributing to a ministry that really needs you. The Chancel Choir is a group of very special people.

When I first came to Central as a substitute organist while the church looked for a full time person, I thought I would leave after the Christmas season. Instead, what happened was that I met the people in the choir and knew I had found a new church home. What a welcoming, warm group of people. Experiencing worship with the Central congregation reinforced my return to the church and has made a tremendous difference in my life. You can experience this too!

Please join us. If you have questions, call me and I will be happy to talk to you. Otherwise, all you need to do is show up for a rehearsal. Remember, we will be starting Christmas music immediately!
