High School Ministry
HIGH SCHOOL MINISTRY
The mission of Student Ministry is to provide a place for students to BELONG; have opportunities to explore what they BELIEVE; and see them BECOME life-long pursuers of Jesus Christ. We do this by offering a variety of groups and activities specifically targeted to this age group.
Below are some of the opportunities for High School students (9th-12th grade). In addition we have large group fellowship times, small group gatherings, Bible study, outreach, mission trips, retreats, coffeehouses and other special events.
Want to know more about what we do? Then check these out:
STORM EVENTS
Storm meets most Sunday nights throughout the school year from 6-7:30pm. With teaching relevant to teen life, student led worship and everything from drama to videos, we seek to provide a place for all H.S. students to feel welcome just as they are.
GROW GROUPS
Grow Groups are small groups where you can dig deeper, and have friends to hold you accountable in the process. Through Bible study and prayer groups students are challenged to track their progress through the “storm” and be held accountable in their walk with Christ. Groups meet once a week during the school year. High School groups meet at various times in area homes.
OASIS
On Sunday morning from 9-10:45 am both Middle and High School students are invited to join an Oasis class. Each Fall and Spring we offer a variety of options including Bible study, spiritual disciplines, hands-on service, and more. Some H.S. students meet in their Grow Groups during this time
