Equipping Ministry

The Equipping Ministry (EM) at CPC is helping lead our body in a different way of being the church. The intent of EM is to help people find their niche in the Kingdom of God, both in terms of relationship and ministry. The underlying premise is that, as each member understands their unique spiritual design, uses that design in God's work, and is fed and nourished in faith-enriching relationships and community, we will more effectively impact the world for Christ.

Currently, Central is beginning to address the many implications of this new way of thinking, both for individuals and for our church body as a whole. Members and leaders are seeking to understand their own spiritual design and how best to use that in service to others. Leaders are examining what philosophy and structures of ministry will best support this approach. Equipping Ministries is also building a team to carry forth this effort.

We hope this information will educate you and excite you about the possibilities for community, service and growth at Central. ~EM Team
