Central's Library

Ellen Wallace, Library Operations Manager

book shelf The library is a vital ministry of Central Presbyterian Church, supporting the adult education courses, children's ministry, and, generally, the building up of the church body. The library provides books, video and audio cassettes to enhance Bible study, improve relationships, teach more about the Church and its ministries and to encourage Christian growth in adults and children. The Christian mandate is to know Christ and to love him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. The library provides a means through which the body at Central Presbyterian Church can fulfill that mandate - through study and reading.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Have you read a good Christian book or seen a good Christian video lately? If so, we'd like to hear from you!!! The library at Central needs volunteers to read selected books (of our choosing or yours) and write short book reviews. There are forms available in the library for you to fill out - or call Ellen Wallace. Thanks so much for your help! (Kids too can write reviews for our new Junior and Young Adult sections.)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The library at Central is looking for volunteers to help with processing books, shelving books, and doing general odd jobs. If you would like to volunteer your time, please contact Ellen Wallace.
