In response to Governor Hogan’s directive, we are canceling the worship gatherings on Sunday, March 15th and Sunday, March 22nd. We are also closing the building and canceling all events and activities from March 14-28. During this time we will take some additional steps to clean the building in preparation for the time we will physically gather again. The church office will not be open but the staff will be working from home for all tasks that are possible to be done remotely.
On Sunday we will have a simple live stream of the sermon this Sunday. In the weeks to come, we will communicate about online opportunities and other ways we can worship, learn and connect together.
This is an evolving situation and we will provide additional information as it becomes available. This is a season full of unknowns. In the face of that, we have two major responsibilities: to be careful and prudent in how we care for ourselves and to trust God in these uncertain times.
