A fact that we get to know at one point or another is this: Life can be hard. Stressful seasons, difficult circumstances, unexpected events—your students are going to deal with all that and more. And that’s why they need healthy ways of dealing with them when they do. In this series, we’ll look at some of the things students do to cope—for better and for worse! And as we do, we’ll help them see that finding healthy ways to deal with what they feel can help make life a little easier along the way.
