ON THE EDGE (OTE) is a special weeklong summer experience for Middle & High School students. OTE is part-summer camp, part-retreat, and part-mission trip all rolled into one amazing week!
Cuirim Outreach is meant to be an expression of God’s Kingdom in a small community on the outskirts of Nogales, Mexico. Founded by Brian Donohue, teams are invited to participate in serving the community through work, study, and prayer.
Through age-appropriate stories, activities, and small groups, children from birth through 5th grade will learn biblical truths and real-life lessons that will help them to grow and thrive.
A high-energy environment where middle school students build lasting friendships and wrestle with their beliefs. Students gather for games, age-appropriate teaching, and breakout groups.
A uniquely tailored environment for high school students to connect with each other. The students play games, hear practical teaching, enjoy student-led worship, and connect in small groups.
Children in grades 1-8 will perform a variety of choral genres with opportunities to participate in both contemporary and traditional services.
Matt will be away from Mid-December through March, allowing him time to decompress and recharge after 20 (!) faithful years of ministry at Central. Of course, we’ve got plans in place to make sure that all youth ministry activities continue as usual. Those who want to support this special season for Matt can do so by contributing to a special gift that our elders are collecting. Contact elder Jess Gardner (jdgardner3@gmail.com) to learn more! And join us in praying for Matt as he seeks the Lord for refreshment and renewed vision.
