Pray

Psalm 31 is a powerful guide for praying in the midst of spiritual/physical fear and oppression.

1 In you, Lord, I have taken refuge;
let me never be put to shame;
deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
a strong fortress to save me.
3 Since you are my rock and my fortress,
for the sake of your name lead and guide me.
4 Keep me free from the trap that is set for me,
for you are my refuge.
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit;
deliver me, Lord, my faithful God (NIV).

Prayer points for the McCanns

God’s guidance and intervention in navigating attacks on banks, so that they can receive funding transfers from their U.S. accounts.

Safe transport of people in and out of the city, as needed, in the midst of martial law.

The furnace, at their house in L’viv recently broke down. Pray that they can get it fixed quickly.

A few months ago, one of their 4WD vehicles suffered an electrical fire.  Finding a matching used vehicle, to purchase, for replacement parts, has not been possible. They now need to buy another 4WD vehicle to replace it. Daily, they navigate snow, mud, and gutted out roads, so this is a high need.

For continued availability of needed supplies, for large quantities of people, and provision for them, in the midst of super inflation.

For God’s presence to be manifested, daily, bringing: encouragement, peace, strength, wisdom and understanding, boldness to act by faith as the Holy Spirit directs, miracles, and many opportunities for the proclamation of the Gospel to hurting people who are ready to hear it!
